Definitely takes some practice to figure out the right amount. If you use too much all your bits and pieces inside and out that it\'s touched go numb for about an hour. I think the manufacturer intended the one penetrating to wear a condom but what fun is that?

Great product, but time and amount are essential!! My wife went numb from waste to knees like the guy above so not only did i get to pound it like never before, she fell asleep still numb so i got to sleep attack her without her having to roll play!!

I have to use a pretty good amount and the trick is waiting for it to kick in but not waiting so long that it wears off. I can take any size without breaking a sweat!
