I used this sleeve to replace the silicone ring on my rechargeable penis Pump. Material is very soft and stretchy. Yes it very tight but you just have to use plenty of water based lubes and your penis will be sucked into the sleeve with ease. Im already quite large and my lubed penis fills the entire 8 inch pump sleeve. Its very soft and easy to clean. I use as an exerciser for E.D issues.
