Heidi (Spencer Bradley) visits her parent, Janice, who is anxious about Heidi's stepsister, Tara (Indica Monroe). Tara's always been a wild card and now she's eager to venture out on her own. Janice, unsure of Tara's readiness, pleads with Heidi to take her in, hoping Heidi's good influence will tame Tara's rebellious spirit.
